Tradesman / Professional Required Building Surveyor

Detailed description of the works I'm looking for a quote for getting a pre purchase structural report on a 4 bed bungalow in Ransboro Sligo (140m2). I'll also be then planning to add a 25m2 extension on the back and add a couple of bedroom into the attic. This will require a 5m RSJ to open the kitchen with 2x corner windows. Can you please give me a rough quote for the engineering sign off for the required Steel and foundations please. Thanks Neil
